Refund policy

Before returning a Vilaasini product, Please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted/handmade by traditional artisans in India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.There might be some colour variation from pictures on the website to the actual product. All our products go through quality control before shipping.

-We only exchange product and do not refund 

-We will give you a store credit which you can use it within one year, for one time purchase. This credit note will not be eligible to use while sale period or on any other offers. 

-To be eligible  for an exchange, your item must not be used and should be in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange we require a receipt or proof of the purchase.

-Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged. 

-Product which is eligible for return and exchange will be couriered by customer only. If approved reverse pick up will be schedule within 5 to 6 business days

-As for accessories like jewellery, belts, etc unboxing video is mandatory to claim for refund.

-Please note we will refund only product value, shipping charges will not be refunded

-NO EXCHANGE on International Orders 

~~Steps to EXCHANGE a product~

-The product will only be exchanged if there is any issue with the fitting/size or any manufacturing defect from our side

-Please inform us within 24 hours of receipt of your order, you must email on 

contactvilaasini@gmail.com With your order number and product picture to notify us.

-Once our team has verified your problem 

we will then proceed with your exchange

-The product should be packed and couriered i by the customer to our billing address

-Reverse pick up/ re-shipping charges for the exchange will be borne by the customer only 

-Once we receive the product we will check its physical condition and dispatch the correct one
