Returns & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. Products once sold cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a genuine manufacturing defect.
- Any manufacturing defect must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving the product, along with clear photographs or videos.
* The customer is responsible for arranging and bearing the cost of shipping the product back to us for inspection.
* If the defect is confirmed to be a genuine manufacturing defect, we will, at our discretion, either:
* replace the product with the same or a similar item (subject to availability), or
* issue a full refund.
* No requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted after 7 days from the date of delivery.
* Variations in weave, texture, print, embroidery, or slight color bleeding in handcrafted and naturally dyed products are inherent characteristics of the craft and are not considered manufacturing defects.

*Reverse pick up/ re-shipping charges for the exchange will be borne by the customer only
*Once we receive the product we will check its physical condition and dispatch the correct one
Once an exchange request has been approved, the product must be shipped back to us within 7 days. If we do not receive the product within this period, the approved exchange or refund request will automatically become void, and we will not be liable to provide an exchange or refund.
We make every effort to showcase our products accurately through detailed photos, videos, product descriptions, and social media content. As our products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, weave, texture, embroidery, and finish are natural characteristics and add to their uniqueness. Customers are requested to review all available product details carefully before placing an order.
Purchasing the product signifies acceptance of these terms. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted based on personal preference, minor variations, or expectations that differ from the product representation.
